New Agreement ... New Project

I just agreed to a new project I'll be working on. It's something dear to my heart so I'm very excited about it. At least, while I'm not working this will give me something to spend some time on.

That made me think of Glen and his sheep farm! We had offered to go out there and help with the lambing. And then we moved.

THE BULLYING EXPERIMENT!

This is horrifying. I can't believe that so many people just walk right by without helping, without even saying a word. I would never be able to do that - and haven't done it in the past. I don't care what the excuses are, yell, scream, do SOMETHING. I could never watch someone suffer like the man in thus video seems to be suffering. Shame on all those people who walk past without a second glance.

Why I Amuse Joel 01

If there is an inanimate object that is defective in some way ... Particularly if it's a cute stuffed animal, I will take it home :) 

I have this fear that no one will choose them and they will be lonely. I know they aren't real. Of course I do heh. I can tell it though. 

Watching Helix

Anyone else watching Helix? There are some really great actors in it. Interesting plot line too. I'm surprised more people haven't been talking about it. 

Anyway, I like it. I'm intrigued to see what's going to happen. 

Things That Make You Change Your Mind

There was a fire at our condo building last night. J and I were outside waiting for my Mom to arrive when it started. We called 911 and J went back inside to start getting people out.  I will never understand why people ignore fire alarms. What on earth is so important that it's worth not leaving a burning building. One woman was even standing on her balcony watching the fire.

It made me think of the fire fighters and how THEY will be the ones who have to go inside and retrieve all the less-intelligent people. I wonder how many times they lose their lives because of  some person who wants to stay inside because they don't want to get their slippers dirty.
